The returned item will be sent back to Leflair for quality check. Result of the quality check will be based on the reason you have provided upon returning the item.
For Convenience reason: Return fee 50,000vnd. If you want to refund by Leflair credit, no fee be charged.
In case, you send the parcel by post office:
- Convenience: we refund if the fee more than 50,000vnd by Leflair credit.
- Leflair’ fault: we refund all the fee by Leflair credit.
If you want to return an item for ‘Convenience’ reason and you choose to receive the refund by credit on your Leflair account, we will not charge you any return shipping fees. Otherwise, we will deduct VND 50,000 on the refund via bank transfer to cover the return shipping fees.
Terms and conditions:
Return product must meet all of these requirements:
- Products must be returned with complete packaging.The full box, full accessories, client manual, stamps, warranty cards, freebies (if any) and original copy of the sales invoice (if you requested for an original copy before returning the item) must be returned.
- Products must have no sign of usage or repair.
- Return time frame is detailed above, starting from delivery date.
- If the reason for return is for convenience only, some items are not eligible for return. Please see the return table above for the list of items entitled for return and refund.
- If the item you receive is not the right one, you must inform Leflair within 3 days upon receiving the parcel.
- If the returned product does not meet all return requirements, it will not pass the quality check process and we will reship the item back to the customer.
Please follow return instructions given by Leflair, not from the courier.
Additional Information:
- Late returns:
Leflair doesn’t allow returns beyond the given return time frame. Your item will be shipped back to you if ever you attempt to return the item. If you still insist to return the item to us, we will receive it but we will not reship it back to you nor process the refund, unless Leflair instructs you to return the item or if the item is eligible for warranty.
- Wrong, damaged or defective items:
In the event that an item was dispatched in blunder from Leflair, or if it arrives imperfect or damaged while in transit, we offer assistance within 24 hours from delivery day.
