1. Return, Refund and Cancel policy at guarantee that all purchased products are genuine, brand new and not defective. The products you received must not be damaged, work well and match with product’s description on our website.

Please note that return policy may change depended on suppliers. Please find on the product page if your item is eligible for return or not.

The returned item will be sent to Leflair for quality checking (QC). Leflair will refund the paid price of the returned item if it meets our Return terms and condition.

If Leflair is faulty in the reason for returns (product is damaged or defective), Leflair will cover all shipping fees for returns regardless the refund method (credit, card or bank transfer);

If you have prepaid your order via Credit Card/Debit Card payment methods, you will receive your refund within 5 to 15 working days for local Debit Card and up to 60days for Credit Card, depending on the refund method and the issuing bank with ah charged fee as below:

- Refund via purchased card: Leflair will charge 50,000 VND to cover for return shipping fee.

- If customer return by post office:

  • Return for convenience: Leflair will refund any amount exceeding 50,000 VND in account credit. e.g. if you spent 85,000 VND for return fees, we will refund 35,000 VND
  • Return for defective: Leflair will refund the entire amount in account credit. e.g. if the customer spent 85,000 VND for return fees, we will refund 85,000 VND.

If you purchase by COD method:

- Refund by Leflair credit: Leflair will only charge you 25,000 VND for shipping fee. You don't have to pay for return shipping fee.

- Refund by bank transfer or card: Leflair will charge 25,000 VND for shipping fee and 50,000 VND for return shipping fee.

If you fully purchased by your Leflair credit: Leflair will not charge any shipping fee.

2. Terms and conditions applied:

Valid return product must meet all these requirements:.

- Products must be returned together with the return form, Leflair invoice, and receipt.

- Products must have no sign of use or repair, full box, full accessories, client manual, stamps and/ or warranty cards and gifts (if any).

- Return windows are not more than 30 days count from delivery day (return due to convinience reasons). The countdown starts from the date you received the item to the post stamp stated on the parcel you return to us.

- Return reason need to be substantial and meet terms & conditions

- Leflair can refuse to support if the actual receiver is not the same as receiver information provided in the order

- Products are not under a specific return and refunds policy of some brands/ vendors/ specific classes.

- if the returned product does not fulfill all return requirement, we will reship it to customer.

- Please follow return instruction from Leflair, do not follow other instruction from delivery man.

3. Additional Information:

  • Late return:

We can accept a returnable item for up to 30 days from the date you initially got it. Sadly, things got after this period can't be accepted, and your item will come back to you. In the event that we get the same late return item a second time, we will keep your item and won't have the capacity to issue credit or discount.

  • No exchange:

We endeavor to convey all that you require for an existence of style at Member-only prices each day. Our Boutiques open just for a brief time and afterward close. In view of this, we can't process trades. In the event that you are not fulfilled by your purchase, you may return it for either a credit or a refund to your own type of payment.

  • Wrong, damaged or defective items:

Our Members are at the heart of what we do, and we trust the product you get is precisely what you needed. In the event that you believe that an item was dispatched in blunder from Leflair, or if that it arrives imperfect or harmed in travel, we need to offer assistance within 24 hours from delivery day.   • Final Sale:

We let you know when a thing is a Final Sale by taking note of it in item's bulleted description. Final Sale product can't be returned.

  • Others:

In case return order arrived warehouse 30 days, we will refund by credit on Leflair if we haven’t received any response from customer about the type of refund.
