How do I return an item?

We have made returns easy for you. After taking a look at the return policy to make sure your item is eligible for return, follow these steps:

  • Go to your account, click on “My orders” and select the Tab with “Past orders” to collect order number and details
  • Contact Leflair on 1900-6710, our agents will record your request for returns and arrange the pick-up by our trusted delivery provider;
  • If the item is eligible, we will offer two options for your refund:
    • Directly to your bank account;
    • Directly to your account credit without fee;
    • Directly to your credit/debit card which is used to make payment.
  • Within 24 hours, we will send you the airway bill with the tracking code for your return shipment for you to check in real time the status of your return;
  • Our trusted delivery partner will come to your address of shipping to pick up the product and deliver it back to us
