Yes, when receiving a Leflair order, you should check the product(s) inside to ensure that they are not damaged during transit. But you are not allowed to try them on. Also, for products with an official seal on the packaging (such as perfume, make-up, etc), you are not allowed to unseal them, but only to check the state of the product(s).

If some products are damaged during transit, you must take a picture in the presence of delivery staff. Leflair cannot be held responsible for any damaged product if you didn’t take a picture with the delivery staff when receiving the parcel.
