How is my order confirmed?
Customer Service team will contact you within 6 working hours via phone and email to confirm your order. In case we have not heard from you within 6 working hours after you placed an order, we will cancel the order if you paid by Cash on delivery. If you paid by credit card, we will confirm it.
To know if your order is autoconfirmed or not, please check the first email we sent you: it will be written ‘placed’ or ‘confirmed’.
Please note that after the confirmation, we can not support for the cancellation.
As items are large pieces of furniture, we cannot offer to return your order, once it’s delivered.
